The Stor-It Right self-storage facility was constructed on a premier parcel in the historic Pabst Farms properties, transforming this historic site into a premier Lake Country development. The project blends professional architectural design with high performance industrial utility to serve the Oconomowoc community for years to come. This expansive complex features a multi-building layout comprised of 153 units across 44,000 square feet of state of the art storage space.
Our primary objective was to deliver the most premium customer experience for the lowest cost to the customer through superior engineering. The design team was challenged to ensure the facility was cost efficient to build while remaining energy-efficient to operate while maintaining a strictly controlled environment and accounting for 76 oversized garage doors, 22 man doors, and 1,430sf of glass storefront. This goal was achieved by designing the structures to be exceptionally air-tight and highly insulated.
