President & Partner
Tim, raised by a master plumber, learned early the value of problem-solving and the satisfaction of quality work. His strong work ethic and passion for tools and trades led him to earn a Construction Administration degree from UW-Madison, securing his first industry job before graduation. With over 25 years of experience, Tim combines his vision and expertise to deliver superior building projects on time and within budget. Committed to honest communication and high-quality construction, he ensures an effortless, informative, and enjoyable experience for every Wellspring client.
